W1359 Crisp Tender Green Skirt Lettuce, 3 Grams ≈ 1000 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• W1359 Crisp Tender Green Skirt is a fast-growing green leaf lettuce selection with an upright, open habit and exceptionally decorative foliage. Bright green leaves develop deeply divided margins, pointed tips, and finely ruffled edges that create a distinctive skirt-like appearance. The leaves are crisp yet tender, with a pleasant fresh flavor and minimal fibrous texture. Plants are generally ready to harvest approximately 45–60 days after sowing and may be picked as whole heads or harvested leaf by leaf. Excellent for fresh salads, sandwiches, lettuce wraps, dipping, garnishes, and serving with grilled meats. This cool-season crop performs best in spring and fall, in protected winter production, or during summer in regions with mild temperatures. Space full-size plants approximately 14 inches apart. Prolonged heat may encourage bolting and reduce leaf tenderness.
