U2695 Jimai 22 Winter Wheat Seeds, 500g

Description

U2695 Jimai 22 Semi-Winter Wheat is a mid- to late-season bread wheat variety with a semi-prostrate seedling habit, compact mature plants and a high percentage of productive tillers. Plants typically reach approximately 28 inches tall and develop uniform, spindle-shaped heads with long awns, white glumes and plump white kernels. The semi-hard grain has been classified as a medium-gluten wheat based on historical quality testing. This variety was developed for irrigated production in the northern Huang-Huai winter wheat region and requires careful regional evaluation before planting elsewhere.
