The head is solid and uniquely shaped, featuring a thicker base that tapers to a pointed tip, and reaches about 34 cm in height. The average head weighs about 2.2 kg and offers a sweet, crisp flavour with high-quality eating properties. Furthermore, it is widely adaptable and particularly well-suited for autumn cultivation.
