Its spathes are horseshoe-shaped and purplish-pink. Boasting a distinctive spathe form, it is ideal for indoor ornamentation, extensively utilized as cut flowers, and can also be mass-planted beside ponds or rock piles. It favors full sunlight with an optimal growing temperature of 18–25°C; it prefers warm environments yet cannot withstand cold. Keep the soil consistently moist when watering; extreme dryness and waterlogging must be avoided, and overwatering should be strictly prevented during its summer dormancy.
