◆ Cineraria (scientific name: Pericallis hybrida) is a perennial herb of the genus Pericallis, Asteraceae family, usually cultivated as annuals and biennials. It reaches 20-90 cm in height. The whole plant is finely pubescent; leaves are green, broad and cucumber-leaf shaped. Flowers are terminal. Numerous capitula aggregate into corymbs, densely covering the branch tops and forming a bowl-shaped cluster. It has rich flower colors, with the flowering period from January to April. It thrives in warm, humid and well-ventilated conditions, cannot withstand high temperature or frost, with an optimum growth temperature of 10-15℃.
