• Vibrant Plant Characteristics: The upright, waist-bundled growth of Jingyan? Tall Stem Bok Choy features plants reaching a height of 35-45 cm (14''-18'') with an expansive width of 30-35 cm (12''-14''). Its elliptical, smooth, and green leaves have distinct white veins. The slender, white leaf stalks are flat in the upper-middle part, measuring 2-3 cm (0.8''-1.2'') in width, with a curved spoon-shaped base, and thickness ranging from 0.5-1 cm (0.2''-0.4'').
• Strong Growth, High Yield: With a weak winter nature, vigorous growth, and a high yield potential, this variety has a full growth cycle of 85-90 days. It can be enjoyed fresh when young and is suitable for pickling and processing after reaching full maturity.
• Versatile Cultivation: Soak the seeds in water around 50 degrees for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally during the initial hot water phase. After soaking, drain excess water using a wrung-out damp cloth to air-dry the seeds. Following this, sow the seeds evenly in well-watered, level soil, covering them with a thin layer of soil, not exceeding 1 cm (0.4''). Sprout emergence typically occurs within 3 to 7 days.
