◆ This early-maturing, first-generation hybrid produces edible shoots of choi sum. It reaches the first harvest stage 65-70 days after sowing. The shoots are tender and pale white in color, with low fiber content and a mildly sweet flavor. The main shoot is thick and sturdy, weighing about 120 grams, and is resistant to hollow stem. The plant is responsive to fertilizer and irrigation, with a strong capacity for continuous harvest over a period of up to four months. Under such successive harvesting, the yield can reach approximately 3,000 kg per mu. Well-adapted to various conditions, it is suitable for open-field cultivation in autumn as well as for protected cultivation during winter.
