It has large, fleshy tubers, bright green leaves with white spots, and a trumpet‑shaped, dark purple spathe. Its unique flower shape makes it suitable not only for indoor decoration but also for cut flower production; it can also be planted in clumps beside ponds or rock piles. The colored calla lily prefers sunlight, with an optimal growth temperature of 18–25℃. It loves warm environments yet cannot withstand low temperatures. Keep the soil moderately moist when watering, and prevent both extreme dryness and waterlogging. Avoid severe waterlogging especially during its summer dormancy period.
