988 Sgt. Pepper's Bicolor Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 988 Sgt. Pepper's Bicolor is a vigorous, indeterminate tomato producing distinctive fruits in a range of heart-shaped, oxheart, and flattened forms. Fruits weigh approximately 4.6–13.8 oz and ripen to a glowing orange-yellow, often accented with deep purple anthocyanin coloring on the shoulders and sun-exposed areas. The colorful skin contrasts with the bicolor interior, where golden-orange flesh may be streaked with red. Plants can grow taller than 5.9 feet and benefit from sturdy staking or trellising. Harvest color and fruit shape may vary with growing conditions and seed selection. The attractive, flavorful fruits are excellent for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, and colorful garden-to-table displays.
