◆ 831 Micro Monetka Tomato is one of the best-tasting micro dwarf tomato varieties, especially well suited for 1 gal containers or 1.5-2 gal pots. Plants stay compact at about 8-10 in tall and begin ripening about 65 days after transplanting. The fruits start pale yellow and mature quickly to a beautiful canary yellow once ripening begins. Plants are highly productive, offering sweet, aromatic cherry tomatoes with a medium-firm texture and excellent fragrance when sliced. This variety is wonderful for salads, snacking, small-batch canning, balconies, patios, and windowsill growing. For a longer harvest window, stagger plantings about 2 weeks apart.
