Round beefsteak fruits average approximately 7.1 oz and develop a red base color marked with vertical golden striping. Sun-exposed shoulders may develop a distinctive brownish anthocyanin overlay. The interior is deep red, tender, juicy, and gel-like, with a pleasant fruity finish. The plants can produce well in both greenhouse and outdoor settings under favorable conditions.
