• 543 Minea's Heart is a rare collector tomato producing beautiful bicolor fruits with a broad heart shape and an elegant elongated tip. The tomatoes ripen to golden yellow or orange with vivid red and pink streaks, blushes, and interior marbling. Fruits commonly weigh approximately 5.3 to 10.6 oz, while large fruits on the lower clusters may reach 17.6 oz or more under favorable conditions. The meaty yet juicy flesh contains relatively few seeds and delivers intense sweetness with a rich, fruity finish. Vigorous indeterminate vines can reach approximately 5.5 to 6 ft and perform best when trained to one or two main stems with sturdy trellising. Excellent for fresh slicing, salads, sandwiches, tomato platters, thick juice, and colorful sauces.
