357 Casey's Pure Yellow Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 357 Casey's Pure Yellow is a distinctive mid-to-late-season tomato producing large, smooth to lightly ribbed beefsteak fruits weighing approximately 8.8 to 14.1 oz. Unlike many yellow tomatoes that deepen to gold or orange at full ripeness, these substantial fruits retain a clear, luminous yellow color, occasionally developing a small salmon-pink blush at the blossom end and through the central flesh. The exceptionally juicy, meaty flesh contains small seed cavities and relatively few seeds, delivering pronounced tropical sweetness, bright tomato acidity, and a rich, lingering fruity finish. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop broad potato-leaf foliage and produce well-shaped fruits in successive flushes throughout the season. Provide sturdy staking or trellising and maintain even soil moisture as the fruits enlarge. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, caprese, juice, sauces, and colorful tomato platters.
