351 Chupa-Chups Bicolor Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 351 Chupa-Chups Bicolor is a spectacular mid-to-late-season tomato producing large, flattened and lightly ribbed beefsteak fruits weighing approximately 5.3 to 14.1 oz. The striking tomatoes mature from pale green to golden yellow, apricot orange, and rosy pink, while surfaces exposed to direct sunlight develop dramatic lavender, indigo-purple, and nearly black anthocyanin shoulders with dark streaks extending down the ribs. Inside, the juicy, meaty flesh combines brilliant yellow and orange coloring with vivid pink, crimson, and raspberry-red marbling. Exceptionally sweet and aromatic, the fruits deliver an intense dessert-like flavor with pronounced tropical fruit notes and gentle balancing acidity. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop potato-leaf foliage, reach approximately 5.2 to 6.2 feet tall, and produce heavy crops throughout the season. Train the vines to one or two main stems and provide sturdy staking or trellising for the substantial fruit clusters. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, caprese, salsa, sauces, juice, and dramatic tomato platters. Individual plants may still vary slightly in mature color, anthocyanin coverage, foliage, and fruit size.
