324 Minusinsk Mango Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 324 Minusinsk Mango is a delicious midseason Siberian heirloom producing smooth, round to flattened beefsteak fruits weighing approximately 7.1 to 10.6 oz in this seed line. The substantial tomatoes ripen to a luminous golden yellow, sometimes developing a delicate rosy blush or faint warm coloring near the blossom end. Inside, the tender, exceptionally juicy flesh remains rich yellow, with a fine buttery texture, small seed cavities, and very few seeds. Its sweet, aromatic flavor carries a gentle tropical fruit note and a lingering mango-like finish that gives this Russian variety its memorable name. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop regular foliage, commonly reach approximately 5.5 to 6.5 feet tall, and provide good production over an extended midseason harvest. Train the vines to one or two main stems and provide a sturdy cage or trellis to support the heavy fruit clusters. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, caprese, golden salsa, chilled soups, juice, roasting, purée, and sweet yellow sauces.
