253 Dwarf Waratah Bi-Color Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 253 Dwarf Waratah Bi-Color is a compact dwarf tomato producing beautiful yellow-and-red beefsteaks weighing up to approximately 10.6 oz. The round to slightly flattened fruits ripen to golden yellow or warm orange with an attractive red blush that often spreads across the shoulders and outer surface. Inside, the juicy, meaty flesh displays striking swirls of yellow, orange, and red. Its rich sweetness, gentle acidity, and balanced full tomato flavor make this colorful variety as enjoyable to eat as it is to display. Sturdy dwarf plants reach approximately 3.9 feet tall, offering substantial slicing fruit without the space requirements of a conventional tall vine. Grow in raised beds, small gardens, or large patio containers, and provide a strong stake or cage to support the heavy fruits. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, tomato platters, and colorful summer dishes.
