205 Blushing Bride Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 205 Blushing Bride is a vigorous midseason indeterminate tomato producing spectacular bicolor beefsteaks weighing approximately 8.8–14.1 oz, with occasional fruits reaching or exceeding 1 lb. The large, flattened fruits develop broad shoulders and attractive ribbing around the stem end. Their golden-yellow to glowing orange skin becomes increasingly covered with rosy-pink and crimson blushes as the fruits mature; fully ripe specimens may appear almost entirely red or pink on the outside. Sliced fruits reveal dramatic flame-like marbling in yellow, orange, coral, pink, and deep red. The exceptionally meaty yet juicy flesh contains small seed cavities and relatively few seeds, delivering rich fruity sweetness, full tomato flavor, and a gentle balancing acidity. Strong regular-leaf vines grow approximately 5.2–5.9 feet and produce steadily through the season. Train plants to one or two main stems and provide heavy-duty staking, caging, or trellising. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, colorful platters, juice, sauce, and tomato chutney.
