123 Calf's Heart Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 123 Calf's Heart is a tall, productive tomato with slender stems and relatively sparse foliage. In the supplied growing notes, it matures in the mid-to-late season and produces consistently elongated, pointed heart-shaped fruits weighing approximately 5.3–10.6 oz. The tomatoes ripen to a deep rosy red and retain their distinctive narrow oxheart shape across the plant. Inside, the dense, meaty flesh has few seeds and a rich, satisfying tomato flavor. Support the tall vines and heavy fruit clusters with sturdy stakes or a trellis. The substantial flesh makes these tomatoes especially well suited to fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, and sauces.
