1120 Copper Olive Tomato, 5 Seeds

Variety characteristics:

• 1120 Copper Olive is a distinctive new tomato from Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms, producing abundant, round to slightly flattened fruits in a remarkable range of colors. Fruits may develop green, yellow, amber, orange, and red tones, often finished with dramatic blue-black anthocyanin splashes on the shoulders and sun-exposed areas. Individual fruits typically weigh approximately 1.1–1.8 oz, depending on the seed line and growing conditions. The indeterminate plants can reach about 5.9 feet tall and set fruit reliably in both hot and cool weather. Flavor changes as the colors develop, combining sweetness, lively acidity, rich tomato depth, and a savory spicy character. Fruits also have excellent postharvest keeping quality without sacrificing flavor. Provide sturdy trellising or caging for the vigorous vines and heavy crop.
