The sturdy, indeterminate dwarf plants feature thick central stems and dark green, rugose regular leaves, producing abundant clusters of round pink cherry tomatoes approximately 65 days after transplanting. Most fruits weigh about 0.25–0.5 oz, although larger examples may approach 1 oz. Their juicy flesh delivers a pleasing balance of sweetness and acidity with a rich, full tomato flavor that is more complex than the flavor of many conventionally sweet cherry varieties. Plants commonly reach approximately 3–4 feet and perform well in containers, raised beds, patios, and compact gardens, although a stake or short cage is recommended once the plants become heavily loaded. The variety is mostly stable, but approximately 1% of plants may still produce slightly larger, ribbed fruits as selection work continues. Released by Victory Seed Company for the 2021 gardening season, Dwarf Johnson's Cherry is also an OSSI-Pledged variety intended for open seed saving, sharing, and continued breeding.

https://seedchoicex.com/products/47-dwarf-johnsons-cherry-tomato-seeds-open-pollinated-dwarf-tomato-early-maturing-indeterminate
