The substantial tomatoes mature from dark green to emerald, olive green, and yellow green, decorated with lighter vertical striping, warm amber marbling, and occasional muted rose-red highlights. The dense, meaty flesh remains predominantly lime green to olive, sometimes developing pale yellow or soft red marbling through the center. Exceptionally juicy and aromatic, the fruits deliver pronounced sweetness, bright balancing acidity, and a rich, complex flavor with a long fruity finish. Vigorous indeterminate plants develop abundant regular foliage, reach approximately 6.6 feet tall, and produce heavy, consistent crops. Train the vines to one or two main stems and provide sturdy staking or trellising for the large fruits. Excellent for fresh slicing, sandwiches, salads, salsa verde, chilled soups, sauces, and colorful tomato platters. As a modern numbered selection, individual plants may still vary slightly in striping, interior marbling, fruit shape, and mature color.

https://seedchoicex.com/products/353-jarson-18-3-tomato-seeds-midseason-green-when-ripe-tomato-indeterminate-exceptionally-juicy-and-aromatic-fruits
